[English Below] THÔNG BÁO MỜI THẦU Tên Dự án: Dự án Kết nối giao thông Miền núi phía Bắc – Thực hiện Chương trinh kiểm soát tải trọng xe (IALCP) Tên hợp đồng: Mua sắm (3) bộ cân động, tốc độ thấp Số tham chiếu: A4T–STR B–RFB#2 1. Bộ Ngoại giao và Thương mại Úc (DFAT) cung cấp khoản viện trợ cho Bộ Giao thông vận tải nước Cộng hòa Xã hội Chủ nghĩa Việt Nam qua Chương trình Aus4Transport, và dự kiến sử dụng một phần để thanh toán cho hợp đồng Mua sắm (3) bộ cân động, tốc độ thấp. 2. Nhà thầu quản lý Chương trình Aus4Transport – DT Global Australia Pty Ltd nay mời các nhà thầu hợp lệ nộp hồ sơ dự thầu cho Gói thầu Mua sắm (3) bộ cân động, tốc độ thấp cho Ban QLDA 2 để bàn giao cho các tỉnh Yên Bái, Lào Cai và Lai Châu, bao gồm cả trách nhiệm bảo hành trong 12 tháng và đào tạo phù hợp cho người sử dụng. The Aus4Transport Program is a facility granted by the Government of Australia via the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) to the Government of Vietnam via the Ministry of Transport (MOT) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of three (3) Low Speed-Weigh in Motion (LS-WIM) sets. 2. The Aus4Transport Program Managing Contractor – DT Global Australia Pty Ltd now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of three (3) LS-WIM sets and associated equipment provided to PMU2 for delivery and handing over to Yen Bai, Lao Cai, and Lai Chau provinces, including a 12-month warranty and the provision of adequate training for the end users. The expected delivery period is within twelve (12) weeks of contract effectiveness. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open tender to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Bidding Document. 4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Aus4Transport Office, email: aus4transport@dt-global.com. 5. [English Below] Chiều 23/05/2023, Hội thảo khởi động Tập huấn sử dụng hệ thống quản lý thông tin đầu tư xây dựng ngành GTVT (TPMIS) đã diễn ra thành công tốt đẹp tại Cục Quản lý đầu tư xây dựng, Bộ GTVT với sự góp mặt của hơn 30 đại biểu từ các Ban QLDA, các Vụ, Cục liên quan thuộc Bộ và Sở GTCC Hà Nội. Hội thảo do Cục Quản lý xây dựng và chất lượng công trình giao thông (TCI) và Chương trình Aus4Transport phối hợp tổ chức. TPMIS là hệ thống hỗ trợ việc giám sát và quản lý thông tin các dự án thuộc Bộ GTVT trên cả 5 lĩnh vực: đường bộ, đường sắt, đường thuỷ nội địa, hàng hải và hàng không. Tại buổi họp, Tư vấn chương trình Aus4Tranport cho biết hệ thống TPMIS đã hoàn thành phần mềm phiên bản 1, đồng thời đề nghị bắt đầu triển khai công tác tập huấn và hỗ trợ nhập dữ liệu vào hệ thống cho các Ban QLDA, các Vụ, Cục có liên quan, dự kiến hoàn thành trong tháng 7/2023. Hệ thống quản lý thông tin đầu tư xây dựng ngành GTVT (TPMIS) là thành quả của sự hợp tác chặt chẽ giữa Chính phủ Úc và Chính phủ Việt Nam. Hệ thống này sẽ giúp quản lý khối lượng lớn các thông tin cơ bản, tình hình triển khai các dự án giao thông nhằm hỗ trợ công tác quản lý và lập kế hoạch ngành GTVT. Aus4Transport tự hào được đồng hành với Bộ GTVT trong quá trình chuyển đổi số, ứng dụng quản lý điện tử các dự án đầu tư phát triển hạ tầng GTVT trong công cuộc xây dựng chính phủ điện tử. ------------------ On 23 May 2023, the Launching Dissemination & Training Workshop for the Transport Project Management Information System (TPMIS) successfully took place at the Transport Construction Investment Department (TCI), Ministry of Transport (MOT) with more than 30 participants from MOT’s PMUs, related departments and the Ha Noi Department of Transport. The workshop was co-organized by the TCI and the Aus4Transport Program. TPMIS is a system that supports the monitoring and management of information on transport projects under the management of the Ministry of Transport, covering all five sub-sectors of roads, railway, inland waterways, maritime and aviation. At the meeting, Aus4Tranport informed participants that the TPMIS’s version 1 has been completed and proposed to commence the training program and support data entry into the system for participating agencies, which is expected to be completed in July 2023. TPMIS is the result of close cooperation between the Australian Government and the Vietnamese Government. The system will help actively manage transport projects through providing large amounts of project basic information as well as the current implementation status to support the management and planning of projects in the transport sector.
