Making e-government a tangible reality for MOT
Transport Project Management Information System
This activity will develop an online database and platform that will allow MOT to easily collect and manage all information regarding transport investment projects across its five sub-sectors: roads, railways, inland waterways, maritime and aviation. The data will be digitised and easily accessible for all MOT departments and concerned administrations, ensuring informed decision making and saving time and costs during project implementation, as well as facilitating post evaluation.

Strategic Intent
Provide the ability to collect, share, analyse and optimise the use of project information through an easily accessible and user-friendly online open platform.
Allow easy exchange of information between internal MOT stakeholders, improving quality and cost-effectiveness of transport projects across Vietnam.
Facilitate faster project development and analysis, ensuring timely progress of transport projects and assisting on progress monitoring and performance assessment.
Support sustainable growth of Vietnam’s transport infrastructure sector, contributing to economic development and poverty alleviation.
